1.Avocado Omelet in a Mug


  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon salsa of your choice
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

2.Fully Loaded Breakfast-Mug Potatoes


  • 4-5 red potatoes | washed and quartered
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon diced green onion

3.French Toast in a Mug


  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups cinnamon raisin bread, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, for garnish, optional
