If you’ve got the moves, you’ve got the moves and little Audrey Nethery, a 6-year-old girl from Kentucky, has enough moves to put us all to shame. Not to mention melt our hearts!
Audrey has a rare life-threatening bone marrow disease called Diamond Blackfan Anemia. She has already gone through 20 blood transfusions because of her body’s inability to produce new red blood cells, but she doesn’t let that stop her.
She leads the Zumba dancers with more energy and zest than you can shake a stick at! Audrey also raises awareness about her condition by posting videos of herself dancing to her favorite tunes on social media. Her videos don’t only bring happiness to her viewers, but they also help raise funds for the continued research of the Diamond Blackfan Anemia Foundation.
Her dancing was so infectious, we found ourselves bobbing our heads as we watched her. We just may have found our new favorite dancer, now only if we had that kind of energy!
