  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2-3 dates
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
  • ¼ avocado
  • 4-6 dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 4-6 ice cubes

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • a small handful of parsley
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3 handfuls of spinach
    6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 dates
  • 1 cup frozen grapes
  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup watermelon chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 mango
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Preparation:

For all smoothies:

Add liquids first into the blender. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until everything is combined. Pour your smoothie into a mason jar or a glass.
