Ingredients:
- Monday — Yellow Smoothie
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup frozen pineapple, diced
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Tuesday — Orange Smoothie
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 small orange, peeled and frozen
- ½ peach, peeled and diced
- 1 carrot – grated
- Wednesday — Red Smoothie
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup frozen watermelon
- Thursday — Purple Smoothie
- ½ cup pomegranate juice
- ½ vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ cup frozen blackberries
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup cherries, pitted
- Friday — Green Smoothie
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ avocado, peeled
- 2 kiwis, peeled
- 1 handful of baby spinach
Directions:
1. Pour the liquid ingredients into the blender.
2. Next add the remaining ingredients.
3. Blend the mixture until combined.
4. The blended mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Can these be frozen?
Yes, it’s okay to freeze these smoothies. You can put them in the fridge the night before you want to drink them. 🙂

Thanks! I had a green one today with cucumber instead of avocado and without the yogurt (trying to cut out dairy) and it was delicious! I also hand-squeezed the orange juice to cut out the added sugars. The whole thing had a pop of flavor that gave me a zing of energy. Yum.
