Fresh Mango and Strawberry Popsicles (Dairy Free Recipe and Vegan)

Fresh Mango and Strawberry Popsicles (Dairy Free Recipe and Vegan)

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 12-15 large fresh Strawberry, Hulled, And Halved
  • 2 Whole Ripe Mango, Peeled, Pitted And Cut Into Chunks

Instructions:

  1. Blend the mango chunks until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and clean the food processor.
  2. Next, add in the strawberries (Repeat step number one).
  3. Pour one-third way mango puree into the molds. Next, pour one-third of the strawberry puree. Then, pour mango puree to top it off.
  4. Place the cover of the mold, insert the sticks and freeze for about five hours or overnight.

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 1 /2 cups (12oz/ 360g) greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (honey, agave or stevia)
  • ¾ cup (6floz/180g) cream
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 2 Cups (16floz/ 400ml) fresh orange juice

Instructions:

  1. Combine the first four ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the yogurt mixture 1/2 way into the mold.
  3. Next, pour the orange juice after yogurt.
  4. Place the cover of the mold, insert the sticks and freeze for about five hours or overnight.

Fudgesicle Popsicles

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 4 oz (120g) chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • ¾ cup (6floz/180g) heavy cream
  • ½ cup (4floz/115g) milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Add the chopped chocolates into a heatproof mixing bowl then set aside.
  2. Next, place a medium saucepan over medium heat setting. Mix heavy cream, milk, and cocoa powder. Dissolve cocoa powder by whisking and until it comes to a simmer.
  3. Remove from heat and pour over chopped chocolates. Let it sit for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Start whisking the mixture until smooth while adding in vanilla.
  5. If the cocoa powder is still clumpy, pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer.
  6. Divide chocolate mixture evenly among the molds.
  7.  Place the cover of the mold, insert the sticks and freeze for about five hours or overnight.

Lemonade Popsicles

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 Kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 10 raspberries, cut in half
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 peach
  • 10 Blueberries
  • 2 Cups (16floz/ 400ml) fresh Lemonade (or any fruit juice)
  • lime zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add your chosen sliced fruit into the molds.
  2. Zest lime in your lemonade. (optional but worth a try!)
  3. Pour in fresh lemonade into the molds.
  4. Place the cover of the mold, insert the sticks and freeze for about five hours or overnight.

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 2 kiwis
  • 10 large strawberry halves
  • 1 mango, roughly chopped
  • 30 blueberries, roughly

Instructions:

  1. Puree one fruit at a time using a small food processor. Clean the processor after every fruit.
  2. Use a spoon to fill in the molds with a layer of each of the pureed fruit
  3. Place the cover of the mold, insert the sticks and freeze for about five hours or overnight.
